Fresh Ingredients

Our curries are prepared with fresh meats and local vegetables, we do not use frozen chicken, lamb or goat meat. Each dish is made with distinct curry bases and our own in-house spice mix creating flavorful and truly unique Indian curries.

Authentic PREPARATION

We are committed to honest, authentic cooking – that means no artificial food colors or preservatives. We avoid canned, frozen, and processed foods as much as possible and we don’t use sugar or too much cream in our dishes.
